Independent Advisory

Getting a second opinion before a major financial decision could be the most valuable thing you do

Pandadriver provides independent, conflict-free advisory — written analysis and structured recommendations with no product to sell.

When you need analysis, not a sales pitch

There are moments when the stakes are high enough that you need someone in your corner whose only obligation is to you. A business acquisition where the seller's advisors have structured the deal. A proposed restructuring of your pension or retirement savings. A large inheritance arriving faster than expected. A significant property transaction in an unfamiliar county. In each of these situations, Pandadriver can act as your independent analytical resource — reviewing the terms, modelling the capital protection implications, identifying what is missing from the documentation, and giving you a clear, written view of the risks and merits before you commit. Our advisory engagements are scoped and fee-quoted upfront; you know exactly what you are paying and what you will receive.

Structured deliverables, not vague guidance

Independent advisory sounds like a premium service. The reason clients tell us it was worth it is that we produce something tangible. A typical engagement delivers a written analysis document of six to twelve pages, covering the protection implications of the decision under review, a list of specific questions the client should ask the other party before proceeding, a summary of conditions or structural changes that would materially improve their position, and our overall view — stated plainly — of whether the proposed transaction or arrangement protects their capital adequately. We do not soften difficult conclusions. If something looks structurally weak or misaligned with the client's stated goals, we say so, and we explain why. Our independence is what makes this useful.

Engagements our advisory team handles

Scope varies — but every engagement ends with a clear written output you can act on.

Transaction due diligence

Capital protection analysis of a proposed acquisition, property deal, or business investment — reviewing the terms, the risk profile, and whether the deal's structure genuinely protects your capital or concentrates your exposure.

Portfolio second opinion

An independent review of an existing portfolio or asset allocation — assessing concentration risk, fee drag, currency exposure, and alignment with your stated long-term protection goals, without any financial interest in the outcome.

Succession and transfer analysis

A structured review of how a wealth transfer — inheritance, business sale, or gift — will affect the estate's capital protection position, covering structural options and the sequencing of steps to minimise friction and loss.

“I was close to signing an agreement that would have locked a significant portion of my retirement savings into a product I did not understand. Pandadriver reviewed the prospectus, identified three conditions I had not been told about, and recommended I negotiate changes before signing. I did, and the revised agreement was substantially better.”
